For order support, cancellations or return instructions, email us with your order number. Contact us before sending a return so we can identify your parcel. This does not limit any cancellation methods or rights available under applicable law.

Products and sizing

Read each product's size chart, fabric description and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings and fabric washing can affect appearance. Product mockups illustrate placement; they do not remove your rights if the supplied product fails to match its description.

Prices and orders

Our store currency is USD. Review the product price, shipping charge and any disclosed taxes or import costs before paying. Your payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee. An order confirmation records your purchase; we will contact you if an item cannot be supplied and handle any refund required by law.

Production and shipping

Products are printed after ordering through our production partner. Delivery details appear in Shipping policy. BWIN remains your point of contact for your order.

Store artwork and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.
