Shipping policy

Destinations and shipping charges

We ship to Israel and the United States. Shipping is charged separately. The available service and charge appear at checkout before payment. Orders may ship in more than one parcel.

Made to order

Our garments are printed after you order and fulfilled internationally through our production partner. The supplier estimates 1–6 working days for production. Branding, availability and busy periods may add time. Production comes before shipping.

Estimated transit time

For our Special Line international service, current supplier estimates are 9–14 days to the United States and 9–40 days to Israel after dispatch. These are transit estimates, not total order-to-delivery times or guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, weather, holidays and carrier restrictions can cause delays. If we learn of a material delay, we will contact you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking details when available. For a delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect parcel, contact help@bwinn.store with your order number. BWIN remains your point of contact and will arrange the remedy required by applicable law.

Import charges

Our supplier states that its US delivery service covers customs duties and import-related fees. For Israel, its service normally includes these costs, but exceptional local charges may apply. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, contact us before paying so we can check the charge. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Address and changes

Check your delivery address before payment. Email help@bwinn.store promptly if a correction is needed. Once production or dispatch has started, changes may no longer be possible. Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Return and refund policy and remain subject to applicable law.
