Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not match its description, contact us with details and photos if available. We will arrange the appropriate remedy. BWIN covers necessary return costs for defects or our errors, subject to applicable law.

Customers in the United States

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size selected incorrectly by the customer. Please check the product-specific size chart before ordering. This does not affect rights or remedies required by applicable law, including for defective or incorrect items.

Customers in Israel

Mandatory Israeli consumer rights apply, including statutory distance-selling cancellation rights, the applicable 14-day period and any legally required extended period. A standard catalogue garment is not treated as automatically exempt merely because it is printed after you order. Applicable law determines eligibility, deadlines and any permitted charges. We do not charge cancellation fees for defects, non-conformity or other circumstances where the law prohibits them.

Refunds

Refunds are made through the original payment method where possible, within the period required by applicable law. Your payment provider may require additional processing time. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
